More Than a Team: The Spirit Behind the OptiCollege U/16 B Netball Team

The U/16 B girls have built a culture where teamwork comes before individual recognition and where every player knows she has an important role to play. Whether it’s cheering on a teammate after a great defensive play or encouraging someone after a missed shot, this group understands that the strongest teams are built on trust, respect, and friendship.

Their coaches have worked hard to create an environment where players are encouraged to learn, grow, and support one another. Mistakes are seen as opportunities to improve, while effort, commitment, and a positive attitude are celebrated every step of the way.
